BENADOR: ROGUE AMERICA AND THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION BILL OF RIGHTS

Obedience to the rule of law is what makes the difference between a civilised country and its people, and one that is not, and where lawlessness is the ‘rule of law.’

That was what happened in the times prior to the floods of Noah, as it is taught in Judaism, the monotheistic religion par excellence, and the Torah, given by God Himself in front of almost two million people.

In Sodom and Gomorra, the rule of law ‘was not‘ the law of the land because thugs ruled then.

When visitors arrived in Sodom and Gomorra, they would be attacked, maimed, robbed, raped and so on, all done within the rotten ‘legal’ parameters of the Sodomite society.

I have been preparing to write the below article for almost a week.

By “preparing” I do not mean my research material, but preparing my soul to deal with this what you are about to read and, maybe, learn.

As you will see, we have gotten to the beginning of the last part of the free fall.

This is not only happening in America, but in 99% of the world.  May G-d help us.

Let’s begin.

For as long as he has been in office, the current president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama has been open with his intentions to abuse and dismantle the Constitution.

One of his direct targets has beenThe Bill of Rights, which is the collective name for the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution.

Constitutional lawyers know that slowly but surely Obama has and is still trying to neutralise those ten.

Within their progressive platform, the rulers of America have been preparing what I call the “shadow-bill of rights.”    That shadow-bill-of-rights is especially destined  for illegal aliens.

In fact, the promoters audacity knows no borders.

Those illegal aliens have now turned into “undocumented Americans.”

Their position has been quite straightforward:

Illegals must not be deported because they have the right to be in the United States AND they ALL deserve citizenship.

How timely is this being done:  Precisely when the Obama Administration has opened the doors of America for an untold number of migrants “escaping” Syria.  We will get back to this at the end.

In fact, the intentions of the administration in favour of the criminals, also include that while illegals wait for their automatic legal papers, they can be granted work permits and access to taxpayer-funded health care.  Nothing short of that.

One of the sources that has made this situation public, is the investigative unit of the Indianapolis NBC affiliate.

Among the findings of the report are:

.  The IRS accepts millions of tax returns – and issues tax refunds – even when taxpayer documents show clear warning signs of identity theft

.  Confidential IRS policies instruct IRS employees not to tell taxpayers when someone else uses their social security number to earn income

.  The IRS allows illegal immigrants to “borrow” social security numbers that do not legally belong to them

.  The IRS is discontinuing a program to notify taxpayers when their social security number is used by someone else to gain employment

So much for the sacrosanct IRS “honesty,” purely betraying law abiding Americans and legal immigrants.

Digging a bit, we found out that about 18 of 100 mayors of cities in America are competing(!) to welcome Obama’s Syrian migrants.

Those mayors have been made aware by the FBI that there may be security risks for the population, “but they also say they believe the economic benefits outweigh the potential security threats.”   Really.

However, at no point in our source are mentioned the details of such economic benefits, they are not available anywhere.   Any tips from the public will be welcome.

In a nutshell:

The Obama Administration has been living in their Fourth Dimension preparing their shadow-bill of rights for illegals or “undocumented Americans,” as they call the criminals who break the law of and in this land.

Now, an immigrant-rights group have proposed a “Bill of Rights” for illegal immigrants.

United We Stay, is a group of illegal immigrants, first generation Americans and human rights activists pushing for changes to immigration law, in tacit conjunction with the progressive current American administration.

In it they demand that Americans recognise there are millions [Me: of law-breaking criminals] already in the country who deserve health care, in-state tuition rates for college and a guarantee of citizenship in the long term.

Dictionary is specific:

Anyone who breaks the law is technically a criminal, even if the crime is just not paying a speeding ticket.

The list of demands runs 10 items long — the same as the U.S. Constitution’s Bill of Rights — and also calls for an end to arrests and deportations for “all law-abiding undocumented Americans.”

The gall of the criminals goes further.  They flat out declare:

“We know we have human rights, even though our very presence is deemed illegal and our existence alien. Now we have our own Bill of Rights and we want it to be the framework for every immigration decision going forward from the local to the national level,” the group said in a statement announcing their demands.

The 10 points include a demand that they be accorded respect; calls for citizenship rights and an immediate deferment of deportations; in-state tuition at public colleges; “wage equality”; medical care; and protection against deportation if illegal immigrants report a crime as a witness.

The list also contains a specific demand for “compelled authorisation of birth certificates for our U.S.-born children.”

This point seems to respond to the state of Texas, where officials have ruled that parents must present valid ID to get children’s birth certificates because  the Mexican government’s ID card is not [me: and should not] be acceptable as primary identification.

The list of rights begins with a protest against the terms “illegal” and “alien.”

There we go again.  The recognisable imprint of the administration progressives, completely transparent and now, miraculously presented by the criminals of United We Stay.

A blow to those strict constitutionalists who are dutifully waiting for the election to happen in 2016.

Illegal immigrant-rights advocates say both terms are dehumanising, and have offered “undocumented workers” or, in the case of United We Stay, “Undocumented Americans,” as their preferred term.

The document is meant to serve as a goalpost for the ongoing immigration debate.

Illegal immigrant-rights groups had been gaining ground in recent years, with polls suggesting Americans were increasingly open to legalisation.

Really?  Do LEGAL immigrants in this country think so as well?

The first American president on the LGBT cover. Just in time to remind their readership how much they owe Obama and the Democratic Party of America.

On another note,  Aljazeera America from July 5, 2015, reported that:

The window for Syrians in the United States to apply for a special temporary legal designation closes July 6, but less than half of the estimated 10,000 who qualify have applied so far. Advocates say that disparity reflects fear of the U.S. immigration system and may indicate that more Syrians in the U.S. are applying for asylum instead as the war drags into its fifth year.

Once again, fast forward to now:

United we Stay and the rogue fourth dimension of the Obama Administration are allowing the “Illegal Bill of Rights” to see the light precisely now.

The coordination and timeliness of this move cannot escape anyone, exactly in the months where the benevolently so-called “migration” waves are flooding to the West.

As America’s heart and country will be put at the disposition of the Muslim hordes targeting the former country of Freedom, a criminal bill of rights has been presented.

Naturally, the young-strong, well-dressed, back-packed, with roaming-iPhones-Syrians, mostly terrorists, will be the beneficiaries of the American Administration largesse.

Migrants will receive the American nationality also facilitated to them by the deafening silence and inaction of the American people at large -as they eagerly prepare to win the presidential elections a year from now, 2016.

If Obama has his way, and rarely has he not, millions and millions of thankful Muslim terrorists will vote for him.

Just add them to the millions of thankful LGBT deviants and you will know what the expected result of elections can be.
